The image depicts one of HR’s typically busy London streets containing open topped buses complete with outside staircase. A passenger upstairs in one has purchased a bunch of mistletoe when a sudden gust of wind plucks some twigs off and they fly into the sky. A gentleman on the other side of the bus is not slow to take advantage of this mishap and pointing it out to the lady upstairs on a passing bus, steels a kiss! As you can imagine this causes mayhem all around.
